About The Client
Our client is a reputable conglomerate business, currently hiring a seasoned Learning & Talent Management specialist to join as an addition to the Human Resources team.

About The Role
Reporting into the functional head, you will:

- Work closey with the management team to identify organisational training needs in aligment with workforce strategies for business growth
- Manage end to end L&D process including establish strategy and objectives, develop content, delivery methods, vendor sourcing and management, budget, assess effectiveness, measure and benchmark development impact to the business
- Design and deliver training programmes that include accelerate learning while onboarding, performance management and communication
- Manage end to end performance management process including employee communications, advisory and guidance to managers
- Manage internship and partnership programs with higher learning or industry institutions to nurture human capital
- Support the design, development and implementation of talent review process and talent engagement programs for workforce retention and leadership succession
- Ensure orgnaisation-wide talent management and performance management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving organisational capabilities and operational effectiveness

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines
- 10-15+ years of broad HR experience with strong focus in learning and talent management in a service-related industry
- Those with organisation development experience and consulting firm experience highly regarded
- Experience in training design, content development, sourcing and vendor management, program delivery and evaluation
- Self-starter, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong program management and excellent organising and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Learning and Talent Management Manager
