About the client
Our client is a listed conglomeration who established in Hong Kong. The group focuses on the development of commercial and residential properties. Due to business expansion, the group is looking for a candidate to become one of their management level members after three years.
About the role:
- Report to Executive Director
- Prepare business proposal and report
- Rotate to various shopping mall
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties to understand the company structure and arrangement
- Conduct market research and report
The successful applicants:
- Degree holder in Real Estate or related disciplines with at least 5 years' solid experience in retail or shopping mall leasing
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
