About the Client
Our client is a leading property developer with an extensive investment portfolio in residential, commercial and retail projects across the Greater China market. The group is well-known for its premium quality & innovative development projects. Due to their aggressive business expansion plans in the region, the team is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager (Retail) in Hong Kong HQ.
About the Role
Reporting to Head of Leasing, this is a newly created role. You will lead a leasing team for leasing, marketing and property management of the group shopping malls across Hong Kong and China. On a strategic level, you will analyze the trade mix and review the market positioning. You will formulate marketing strategy, act as a project leader for major re-configuration program and prepare the annual budgets of the malls.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in surveying, marketing, business administration, estate management or related disciplines with a minimum 5 years' experience in leasing / marketing shopping centres in property developer or real estate service organization.
- Strong market sense and proactive attitude
- Fluent English and Chinese
