Our client is a leading listed property developer with a major investment portfolio in Hong Kong. Due to its new large scale retail, dining, and entertainment shopping mall in Hong Kong, the management is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to join.
About your role:
- Involve in strategic planning on the mall's positioning, brand mix and conduct technical feasibility studies for potential tenants.
- break the rules of traditional new shopping malls by bringing finest brands for Hong Kong market to position the mall to be unique and attractive to shoppers.
Requirement:
- University graduate with over 10 years of retail leasing
- Strong track record of high occupancy rate in retail leasing with successful sales conversion reached
- Comprehensive understanding of retail landscape and upcoming retail trend on a global basis
