About the client
Our client is one of the main stream Hong Kong developers trying to expand their business from residential, commercial to shopping mall and hospitality. In order to fulfill their business expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the role
- Report to Leasing Manager
- handle leasing process, including but not limited to: Negotiates leases, renewals and expansions
- Formulate and implement leasing strategies and plans
- Maintain relationship with tenants by providing quality of services
- Coordinate with different departments (property management, marketing etc.) to achieve the company and departmental goals
- Conduct market research and tenant mix analysis for assigned projects
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in a real estate/ surveying/ business related discipline with at least 4 years relevant experience in retail leasing
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
