About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed developer with extensive commercial, retail and residential portfolio across Hong Kong and China. Recently they launched a new residential line and would like to look for a Senior Leasing Officer to join their team.
About the role
- Handle leasing matters (lease negotiation, renewals)
- Maintain relationship with tenants and agents
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, property management)
- Conduct market research and analysis report
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
- 4 years' relevant experience or above
- Strong business acumen with negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- More experience will be consider as Assistant Leasing Manager
