About Our Client
Our client is a growing industry leader in Entertainment sector. To cope with business expansion into China, they are now looking for a (Senior) Legal Officer to support with legal documents and contracts review, drafting and translation. 3+ years relevant experience in PRC / corporate firms required.
About The Role
Reporting into the Legal Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and reviewing legal-related documents and contracts
- Translating legal documents and company coorespondence as required
- Working closely with business functional leads and and external counsels
- Conducting legal researches and provide legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Assisting in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in law, with minimum 3+ years corporate legal experience from commercial firms. Knowledge in PRC law knowledge is required for this role, also proficiency in both English and Chinese will be required. Candidates with entertianment / media industry exposure, and immediate available candidates will be highly regarded.
