About our client:
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a leading conglomerate with core business focus on property development, retail, infrastructure, hotel and etc in the Greater China market. The group place a focus on sustainability and innovation of business models and has been constantly changing the business landscape and shaping consumer shopping behaviour. The team is now looking for a high calibre professional to join its Operation Analytics team.
About your role:
- Lead the Data Lake project as the core analytic and reporting source for different business intelligence dashboards and management reports
- Act as business insight provider on driving a customer centric and result oriented solution via various qualitative and quantitative data analysis (including KPI creation and tracking, CRM, marketing campaign evaluation, digital, and consumer survey)
- Perform various advanced Analytics and data science projects: Offline / Customer Segmentation (via RFM and Clustering) / Customer Behavior Prediction (via Decision Tree, Logistic Regression) / Product Recommendation /A/B Testing on eDM/App Push communications
- Build WhatsApp message auto-pushing tool with targeted segmentation functions
- Robotic Process Automation on management dashboards/ reports Online
- App Touchpoint and Funnel Enrichment, to improve App Login and Monthly Active User
- Social Listening on Facebook and IG to link up internal CRM customer data and external social media activities/ preference
- Provide analytics insights to facilitate omni-channel customer experience strategy planning, from offline Leasing shop-mix/ in-mall CRM and marketing campaigns, to online App contents/ communications
- Establish regular sharing on Analytics, for both regional (HK and CN subsidiaries) and cross-departments within HK on insights, recommendations, customer journey and program planning
- Implement Python and SQL as Analytics Tools, and developed various management BI dashboards (via Google Sheet, Tableau, Qlikview)
Requirement:
- At least 8 years' relevant experience in data management, CRM or data analytics
- Experience in Retail / FMCG / Shopping Mall / Operation highly preferred
- Research agency background welcomed
- Resourceful, creative, self-motivated and independent
- Degree holder in Data Science/ Statistics / Mathematics / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Proficient in Excel, SQL and Python is a must
- Passionate in Data Analytics and trying new things
- Detail-oriented with good organizing skill, and be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and multi-tasking capability
- Strong presentation skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
