About Our Client
Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will be an energetic and creative individual who can go beyond the traditional HR transactional matters, and to focus on managing the people strategy, processes and help drive a high-performing and empowered team. You will advise on innovative people initiatives and staff engagement strategies whether it be employee expereince, company culture, benefits and performance review, also training and development as required. The goal is to promote a strong and lively company culture and a strong employment branding and in turn enhance the company's growth and development. Ad hoc projects will also be assigned.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with minimum 12+ years relevant HR experience from sizeable, fast-changing companies, and with solid track record in driving cultural change and employee engagement initiatives. You will be a forward-thinking individual familiar with latest technology trends and someone with strong business acumen able to translate business strategy into feasible HR initiatives. You will also serve as the cultural champion and help foster a postive work environment is in place. Englsih and Chinese will be required for this role and this position offers a competitive salary to attract the best.
