About the company
Our client is a leading and well-established banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Manager of Deposit Product and Digital Process for their product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Deposit, you will be a leader in overseeing deposit product process and designing workflow with reference to banking regulatory guidelines and sales objectives. You have to identify improvement in business flow and to plan strategically in driving business efficiency. You are required to establish workflow streamline in various banking channels (from front to back, including branch, digital, direct channels and back office teams). You will participate in digital projects on system enhancement and process review to ensure smooth product delivery of customer digital journey. In addition, you are requested to work with risk, internal audit, IT and operations in preparing procedure manual, upgrading customer experience and suggesting new workflow to enhance business profits.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful applicant must possess:
University graduate in business related subjects.
Minimum 8-10 years banking experience in deposit product with solid background in managing process and workflow design.
Excellent knowledge in deposit process procedures, regulations and guidelines with solid experience in leading digital and agile projects in banks.
Good analytical mind, strong business sense and project management.
Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
