About the company
Our client is one of the well-known start-up Virtual Banks in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Manager to join their Deposit Product Development team.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Product Head, you will be responsible for formulating overall product and marketing strategies of Deposit products to achieve business target. You are required to develop new product plans and generate digital marketing ideas in enhancing customer acquisition, product usage and cross selling opportunities. In addition, you have to lead various projects in deposit product enhancement, new product features initiatives and product compliance review to increase market share for the bank.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7-10 years of product development experience in banks, with solid digital exposure is highly preferred.
- Sound knowledge in Deposit product is a must.
- Independent, multi-tasking and self-motivated.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
