About the company
Our client is a fast growing and well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber for a Senior Digital Banking and Customer Acquisition Manager for their Digital Banking team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Banking, you are responsible for developing digital banking initiatives and formulating strategies to drive digital business by increasing digital acquisition and customer experience. You will lead junior teammates in driving digital sales of banking products and proposing new e-business solutions to achieve digital engagement. You will manage various digital product delivery projects, from planning, resources utilization to execution for improving digital journeys and customer experience. You are required to work closely with Banking Product, IT and Operations teams to formulate end-to-end digital business plans on Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms. In addition, you need to participate in digital enhancement projects and generate new ideas to grow business effectively.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, E-commerce or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-9 years of relevant working experience in digital channel development and acquisition in retail banks.
- Sound banking product knowledge with track record in driving digital sales is essential.
- Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and strong project management.
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Manager position.
