About the Client

Our client is one of Hong Kong's largest employer. To enrich their employee engagement and internal communication function, they would like to invite a dedicated Senior Manager to join the team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Communications, you will lead a team in driving any employee engagement activities and internal communication in the Group. You will facilitate in the transformation of digitalisation of employee online applications and intranet. You will think of innovative ways in driving employee engagement with staff from a diverse background. You will be heavily involved in organisation events and corporate functions for internal staff.

The Successful Applicant

You should be a degree holder in related subjects such as Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or HR Management with at least 15 years of work experience and a track record of management experience of at least 10 years. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills as well as passion in driving a positive culture within the Group with employee engagement strategy. Last but not least, you should have a good knowledge of communication tools and channels, including Intranet, mobile apps and social media. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
