Senior Manager Finance
About the Company
Our client is a HK listed property developer with a strong presence in Hong Kong and China. To cope with their business needs, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance department.
About the Role
Reporting to the Deputy Financial Controller, you will manage a neat team at group level. You will be responsible for handling management reporting and conducting analysis to assess business performance and investment opportunities. You will support group reporting, review and enhance existing financial policies and procedures as well as drive process enhancement initiatives such as system enhancement. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an experienced finance manager with at least 15 years of relevant work experience gained from Big 4 and sizable HK listed corporations. Solid experience in management reporting and investment analysis is an advantage. China exposure is an advantage. Relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA and ACCA is required. Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and communication skills are required. You should be confident, mature, able to deal with senior stakeholders and manage people at different levels. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
