About the Client
Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within Conglomerate sector. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner.
About the role
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, and partner with senior leadership and business unit leaders to ensure successful implementation
- Collaborate with compensation and benefits teams to design and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs
- Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, including goal-setting, coaching, and feedback
- Partner with learning and development teams to develop and implement training and development programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and develop and implement organizational development strategies to address gaps and opportunities
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years business partnering / talent acquisition experience gained in sizeable property-related organizations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English is a MUST
