About the Client

An industry leading organization headquartered in Hong Kong with its services provided on an international level is now seeking for a dedicated individual to join them as the Senior Manager, Human Resources.

About the Role

  • Report to Chief HR Officer
  • Advise and coordinate with other department managers in planning and implementing HR and administration policies and procedures
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of HR programs
  • Manages the manpower planning and effective use of all resources
  • Drive talent attraction and identification strategies in alignment to business objectives
  • Ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all monthly and annual C&B activities
  • Handles tax reporting, rental reimbursement scheme, tax equalization scheme, etc.
  • Provide supervision on all HR and administration budgets
  • Ensures all employee programmes are in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Privacy and Equal Opportunity Ordinances and other HR related practices
  • Manage and oversee staff well-being and engagement initiatives
  • Analyses and provides HR opinion to business development opportunities and bids

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Post graduate qualification will be an advantage
  • Minimum 18 years' relevant working experience gained from a sizable and structured environment
  • Practical knowledge on Hong Kong Labour Ordinance, Privacy and Equal Opportunity Ordinances and other HR related practices
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • The ability to partner with C suite level management in the business to create optimum solutions
  • The ability to implement programs, procedures and policies
  • Strong attention to detail and numerically sensitive
  • Well-developed and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with talents of all levels
