About the Role
Reporting to the CRM Director, you will lead a team and have the full responsibility to plan and launch the loyalty club and define the positioning. You will develop CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention to ensure exceptional customer experience. You will initiate and maintain relationship with different business partners, manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and effectiveness of the loyalty program and continuously monitor CRM analytics and review strategies from time to time.
- Degree holder with at least 8 years of CRM / Loyalty experience in MNC / sizeable company
- Solid experience in establishing comprehensive CRM /Loyalty program
- Energetic, strong business acumen, analytical and planning skills
- Adaptive to changes and embrace new challenges
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
