An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Manager to join our client, which is one of the leading leisure companies in Hong Kong. This is a growing company which will train and develop their managers as part their of the company's strategic development plan.
About the Role
Reporting to the GM and managing a team of 10, you will ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and on-going club development and instil brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will drive the team to meet and exceed agreed club's standards through a creative approach in delivering alternative events related to fitness. Lastly, you will manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and programme improvement and ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalised service from all team members.
- Degree holder in event management or hospitality with at least 7 years of experience gained from similar leisure entertainment/gym/multi-faceted background
- Experiences in a customer service industry and ability to deal with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority are key success factors
- Able to work in a demanding environment with strong organisation, communication and leadership skills
- Good command in Chinese and English
