About the Client

Our client is a leading service provider with global presence headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Senior Manager, Rewards & Benefits.

About the role

  • Lead and supervise full spectrum of C&B activities including payroll processing
  • Design and implement strategies and policies for local compensation and benefits
  • Keep up to latest market trends of compensation and benefits to ensure the current practice in the company is competitive and attractive to employees with the purpose to enhance talent attraction and retention
  • Provide improvement works on the streamlining of C&B process
  • Act as a consultant to advice, design and implement plans to address issues relating to local employment ordinances
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a people agenda that aligns to and support the overall strategic objectives of the organization
  • Review and maintain up to date HR policies

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 - 12 years of relevant experience gained in sizeable organizations
  • Hands on experience in handling end to end C&B activities
  • Proven ability in HR system implementation, maintenance and migration is preferred
  • Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
