Senior Manager Risk Management
About the Client
Our client is an aggressively expanding market leader. They are targeting the mass market and have an increasing regional presence. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Manager to head up their Risk Management Team.
About the Role
This is a new headcount to grow and lead a risk management team for enterprise risk management. You will design and establish risk management framework. You will conduct analysis and work closely with functional and business leaders to identify key risk indicators. You will also help to polish policies and procedures and provide trainings for staff. You will help to prepare risk reports and provide support for Risk Management Committee. You will manage any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. You should have at least 10 years of related risk management experience from Big 4 and sizable listed companies. Industry experience from Retail/FMCG/F&B/Hospitality is a plus. You should have relevant professional qualifications, e.g. HKICPA/CIA/CISA. You should be independent, detail-minded and responsible. You should have strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required.
