About Our Client
Our client is a stable and growing banking platform. To cope with business changes, they are looking for a (Senior) HR Manager with an learning and organisation development background, to come in and help review and revamp existing staff engagement and employee relations programmes.
About Our Role
Reporting into the department head, one of the key missions is to review the effectiveness of existing staff programmes and drive changes aligned with business plans. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a comprehensive HR strategy and framework, ensure an integrated HR change management and communications approach are being developed and deployed. You will also take charge of the monitoring of respective HR programmes and take lead in engagement survey strategy and working with business leaders in the engagement space to evaluate and develop better communication strategies. You will also be held responsible to review and monitor talent succession planning and manpower needs, also developing innovative talent development strategies as required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in HR or relevant disciplines, with minimum 10+ years experience around learning, organisation development and cultural design. You will demonstrate a sound track record in driving staff engagement programmes, ideally from an evolving work environment (financial services sector an advantage). Individuals with ability to excel on his/ her own and as a team player, also a born relationship builder will be key to succeed in this role. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese will be required for this role.
