A fast moving and industry leading organization with an internationally renowned brand name is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
About the Role
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team and provide effective recruitment services to all business units
- Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategy to ensure the sourcing effectiveness of right talents
- Review and develop the recruitment & selection policy, procedures and system to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Build new channels of candidate sourcing and manage the recruitment vendors to ensure both quality and quantity of incoming application
- Enhance company image via effective recruitment initiatives and strategies
- Develop corporate HR recruitment policy and liaise with HR business partners to ensure the alignment and synergy across all departments
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder of Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
- Minimum of 15 years' solid HR experience focusing in talent acquisition, of which at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Well experienced in hands-on recruitment tasks and activities for different functions of sizable companies
- Successful track record in implementing talent acquisition strategy, channels and tools in sourcing right talents
- Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Proficient computers skills in MS Office applications and e-recruitment systems
- Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
