About the Client

A reputable and well-established organization specializing in property investment globally is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior Manager, Talent Development.

About the Role

  • Report to Head of Talent and Organization Development
  • Support the development of learning solutions related to agile leadership, change and transformation
  • Facilitate assessment and advise learning and development plans for Manager grade and above employees
  • Implement initiatives and assessments that aligns with organization core competencies on future talent potential
  • Plan, prioritize and develop customized learning approaches (both digital and classroom) in alignment to the overall organization and functional learning needs
  • Design and develop measures and metrics to assess the learning effectiveness of competency- based programs
  • Partner and support HR Business Partners on the implementation of HR activities such as performance review, goal setting, on-boarding programs, internship and management trainee programs
  • Manage learning resources budget while identifying ways to improve cost metrics and increase maximum value from learning investment

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management and or Occupational Psychology
  • Minimum 15 - 18 years of working experience as a specialist in the field of Learning & Development, Talent Development and or Talent Management within a sizeable yet complex organization is preferred
  • Hands on experience in the design, deployment and review of people development initiatives
  • Familiar with the usage of contemporary e-Learning tools and methodologies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager
