About The Client
Our client is a leading MNC conglomerate business. They are currently hiring for a Senior Manager, Talent Management to play a key role in driving and supporting the talent agenda and the designing and implementation of critical career development experience across the company.

About The Role
This role would partner closely with various HR and business leaders to define, communicate, implement and activate talent / career strategy (at Group level). You will:

- Contribute to the design and implementation of career development strategies, tools and resources. Propose approaches, ideas and business insights to HR leadership and business partners to increase the effectiveness, reach and visibility of career programmes and help the organisation respond to career and talent-related opportunities and deamands.
- Manage components of the Career Portfolio by prioritising and coordinating the work of others within and across teams; collect and summarise data and insights to inform decisions
- Act as a subject matter to consult internal clients on career solutions; propose data-based recommendations, leveraging knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as related laws and regulations
- Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure success and drive accountability. Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Keep informed of industry best practices and trends in the career space, continually assessing where to make improvements

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, General Business or related fields; OR 5+ years' experience in business operations, business programme management, or Human Resources programme management or related field
- 8-10+ years experience with proven track record of excellent project management skills successfully managing and executing group level or cross-functional initiatives
- Ideally with a mix of HR Consulting and in-house experience
- Proven thought leadership and strategic thinking, ability to excel in a highly ambiguous environment within a quickly growing and evolving business landscape
- Excellent communication up, down and across the organisation
- Ability to work collaboratively across various functions in an uncertain, constantly-changing environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
