About The Client
Our client is one of the industry leaders within the Property sector in Hong Kong. The business is undergoing company transformation and is inviting a seasoned Talent Management and Organisation Development Lead to join as part of the HR team. Sound experience revamping the Talent Management function within sizeable corporations will be essential for this role.

About The Role
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be a seasoned Talent Management Expert and with solid experience driving company-wide People Development and Organisation Development initiativies (Learning & Development initiatives will be under a separate team):

  • Be accountable and lead all talent management and organisation development related strategies, in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives and operational goals
  • Plan, design and implement TM and OD policies, processes, HR systems and initiatives to ensure a sustainable talent pool and leadership pipeleine
  • Identify business' talent needs at all levels in accordance to the oragnisations' manpower planning
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure business competitiveness and enhance company's capacity and efficiency
  • Develop core values and a corporate culture that rewards success and promises career growth
  • Co-work with the Training and Development team and other HR CoEs to achieve HR goals
  • Promote effective employee communications and staff engagement

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 15-20+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Organisation Development and Staff Communication/Engagement from sizeable corporations
  • A team player who can work independently; prior managerial experience and a proven people leader
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholders management skills alongside a flexible mindset / work approach will help excel in this role
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese required
  • Candidates with short notice highly regarded
