About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed conglomerate who focus on their business in Asia Pacific. In order to promote their residential properties, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team.
About the Role
- Formulate of strategic marketing plan for residential projects
- Execute effective branding, marketing and promotional campaigns and materials
- Work closely with internal departments and external contractors, consultants and agencies for the residential projects, e.g. showflat, sales offices
- Prepare the annual budget and expenditures
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in marketing or related disciplines
- 8 years or above experience in residential marketing or marketing agencies
- Oversea marketing experience is a plus
- Innovative, efficient and friendly
- Strong communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin
