About our Client
Our client is a renowned beauty brand focusing in Asia Pacific markets. To cope with their aggressive business expansion plan, they are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the local team as Senior Marketing Manager (digital focused).
About the Role
Reporting to the Brand Director and leading a team, you will manage the brand's A&P budget, develop and implement marketing, digital and promotion plan to drive sales. You will be responsible for product launches and all marketing activities. You will lead digital marketing and social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and work closely with cross-functional team to enhance customer experience and loyalty. You will also conduct market research and analysis to obtain market insights for future development.
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 10 years of marketing experience in beauty or consumer goods industry
- Sound knowledge in beauty industry landscape
- Solid experience in digital marketing and database marketing is a MUST
- Proven successful track record generating revenue by digital campaigns
- Strong business acumen and leadership
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
