About the Company
Our client is a FMCG retailer with strong presence in Hong Kong. To cope with their fast expanding business, they are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to Marketing Director and leading a small team, you will formulate brand strategy and develop integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and draw traffic. You will manage annual marketing budgets, manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing and media plans. You will manage external agencies and provide creative and media brief and ensure effective communications cross different marketing channels. You will communicate internally to ensure on-brand executions across functional teams. You will participate in ad hoc projects when required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing or related field
- At least 8 years of marketing experience in FMCG or FMCG Retail
- Strong leadership, result-oriented, creative and analytical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
