As one of the fastest-growing beauty business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, they are now seeking for a Senior Marketing Manager to cope with their business expansion.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director and leading a team of 7, you will lead the execution of marketing strategies and go-to-market initiatives to develop and refine brand positioning. As an individual, you will contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations, recommending options and courses of action and implementing directives. Moreover, you will obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product category and directing your team to execute promotional programs. Lastly, you will work with different business stakeholders to translate brand strategy into actionable plans, digital campaign, POS material, in store promotions and sales strategy to grow brand awareness.
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in beauty or luxury retail industry
- Degree in marketing and/ or related discipline is a must
- Solid experience working with retail chain and a strong understanding of brand execution and ability in category planning is an advantage
- Self-motivated, positive, proactive, professional, well organize and a team player
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills & target orientated
- Demonstrates excellent planning, organizational and time management skills and an ability to work with competing priorities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Good spoken and written of English and Chinese is a must
