Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and developing marketing strategies/ plans to achieve business objectives and sales target in Hong Kong
- Develop and execute CRM and digital plan across online (paid/ owned/ earned) and off-line platforms
- Liaise with media and digital agencies to come up with digital marketing programs
- Manage eCommerce and CRM platforms and handle communication with CS/Shop/Corp team
- Collaborate closely with internally teams
- Generate CRM reports and working closely with marketing teams to execute loyalty program activities
- Explore and review latest digital trend/ technology to achieve efficiency
- Support any ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administraion or related disciplines
- 3-4 years relevant experience in eCommerce, CRM or digital marketing
- Proactive, excellent communications, interpersonal, analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
