Job Description
Here is what you need to know about this role:
- Understand customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
- Support in product development process to ensure the products meet with both the quality and budget expectations of our customers
- Conduct suppliers sourcing, price negotiation and maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
- Manage production and follow up order to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
You might be a good fit if you have …
- Diploma or above in Merchandising, Textile, Fabric or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in Swimwear, Activewear/Sportswear and Lingerie; exposure with European brand is a MUST
- Strong in end-to-end merchandising from product development to production follow-up; hands-on garment technician experience &/or fabric technologies are advantages
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Literate in Microsoft office programs
