Job Description
Our client is a reputable Hong Kong Property Developer with a diversified property portfolio including office, shopping mall and residential developments in Hong Kong.
Under convid-19, they are looking for multiple Senior Building Officer / Surveyor to support the 6 months project.
Responsibilities
- Check water supply, plumbing and drainage with flat owner by appoinment
- Monitor and record all aspects of maintenance issues as well as prepare relevant monthly reports
- Engage and supervise external consultants and contractors to ensure the works are up to standard
- Report on-site problems
Requirements:
- A higher diploma / recognized degree in building surveying / building services or other related discipline
- 3 years plus of relevant working experience in Property & Facility Management field
- Familiar with current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong; with on -site experience is preferred
- Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese
