Our client is a Hong Kong based healthcare organisation committed to provide prestigious healthcare and wellness service. As their rapid business expansion, they are now seeking Senior Operation Executive to join them.
About the Role
- Support new clinic opening and clinic operations management
- Ensure highest operational efficiency is achieved for all clinics through close communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperate with internal and external parties to formulate and execute business plans
- Organize regular operation meetings with service providers to review clinic performance and resolve operational issues by implementing improvement plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' centre operations experience in service industry, preferably from healthcare or wellness industries
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
