About the Company
Our client is one of the leading market leaders in retail banking in Hong Kong with extensive customer base. To cope with their business expansion plan, they are now looking for a Senior Product Development Manager to join their Retail Lending Products team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Product Team Head, you will supervise 2 - 5 direct subordinates and perform end-to-end product planning in Retail Lending Products, ranging from product pricing, features design, new product development and sales management. You will also take part in channel management and closely work with marketing, operation and risk departments to perform various product enhancement programs. In addition, you will conduct competitor analysis and market trend forecast to explore more business opportunities in lending products.
Requirements
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product development in banking industry, preferably with team leading experience.
- Strong business sense with good analytical mind.
- Independent, good leadership and project management skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must.
