About the company
Our client is a fast-growing and well-known retail banking group in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join them as a Senior Product Manager for their Deposit Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Deposit Product Head, you will be responsible for formulating end-to-end product and marketing strategies of Deposit products to achieve business target. You are required to develop new product plans for various customer segments and generate marketing ideas in enhancing customer digital acquisition, product sales and customer engagement. In addition, you have to lead junior members in deposit product design, system enhancement, onboarding projects, product compliance updates and conducting other payment or FX related projects to maximize business revenue.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7-8 years' experience of deposit product development in retail banks, with some exposure in payment or FX product development is highly preferred.
- Sound in managing Deposit product portfolio, system enhancement and digital projects with innovative mind.
- Independent, multi-tasking and self-motivated.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
