About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion in business, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Mortgage and Secured Lending Products team for a Senior Manager position.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Lending Product, you are responsible for leading a small team in developing strategic business and product plans for Mortgage and all Secured Lending Products (including Auto Loans, Premium Financing, Asset-based lending etc.). You are requested to formulate strategies on product development, marketing and channel sales plans in achieving business targets. You need to manage product pricing, features and customer journey to maximize business profits. You have to participate in digital and workflow streamline projects to enhance operation efficiency. In addition, you will conduct business evaluation and market forecast in ensuring the continuous growth of business.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in managing Mortgage and Secured Lending products in banks.
- Excellent product knowledge on various Secured Lending products and project management skills is a must.
- Strategic mind set, good business sense and able to work independently.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
