About the company
Our client is one of the market leaders in retail banking in Hong Kong. To cope with the business expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join them as a Senior Product Manager for their Retail Lending Product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Retail Lending Product Head, you are responsible for overall product planning and portfolio of Lending products (including Personal Loans and Mortgage (Secured Loans)), ranging from product design, product launch implementation to business performance evaluation for retail loans. You will work closely with marketing, operation and project departments to develop new / product revamp programs effectively. You are also required to manage digital and system enhancement projects as well as to provide insights for improving customer journey to maximize business profitability.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of product development experience in retail loans (personal loans, mortgage and secured lending) in retail bank.
- Solid marketing knowledge in loans products is definitely an advantage.
- Sound in loans product operations with good market trend knowledge required.
- Strong business sense and excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
