About the company
Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Retail Loans Products team for a (Senior) Manager position.
About the role
Reporting to the Section Head, you are responsible for developing overall product plans for Mortgage and Secured Lending (including Premium Financing, Wealth Financing, Asset-based lending etc.). You are requested to formulate strategies on product development, marketing, channel sales plans and digital projects in achieving business targets. You need to manage product pricing, features, product compliance and customer journey design to maximize business profits. In addition, you will assist in consumer loans projects and participate in retail loans related system enhancement to achieve operation efficiency and business growth.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing Mortgage / Secured Lending / Unsecured Loans products in retail banks.
- Excellent product knowledge and sound project management skills.
- Strategic mind, good business sense and able to work independently.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
