About the company
Our client is a fast growing and well-known retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their SME Product Development team.
About the role
Reporting to the SME Product Head, you will be responsible for formulating and monitoring SME product and marketing strategies to achieve SME business target. By focusing in Deposit and Digital Payment product, you are required to develop new product plans for SME segments and suggest marketing ideas aiming at enhancing customer acquisition, product penetration and cross selling opportunities. In addition, you will participate in digital initiatives, system enhancement projects and product compliance issues to improve business effectiveness.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of SME product experience in banks, with sound experience in digital project is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge in formulating product solutions in Deposit and Digital Payment for SME customers.
- Multi-tasking, good project and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
