Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Over 10 years of experience in a reputable EMS company, and over 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing industry;
- Extensive background in customer negotiation and interface, RFQ and quotation processes, contract and agreement reviews, risk management and cost recovery, as well as new product introduction management.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Direct a team of program managers to ensure project success.
- Oversee critical program deliverables, including quality, cost, and delivery, while guiding the product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production by leading a dedicated team from various departments (e.g., engineering, quality, procurement, manufacturing engineering, etc.).
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to guarantee alignment with their needs and expectations.
