About our Client

Our client is a leading public organization committed to deliver world class entertainment services to the market. The team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its property & construction team and manage a large scale commercial development project.

About the Role

  • Report to Executive Director and be responsible for the full spectrum of Project Management from conceptual, design development, construction to satisfactory completion and delivery of the project;
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments on all matters related to the development;
  • Work with Marketing department to formulate project brief, Cost Control department on budgeting;
  • Appoint and co-ordinate with consultants and contractors for the execution of the project within budget & project time frame and meet quality requirements;
  • Liaise with government authorities on statutory submission, approvals and inspections;
  • Occasional travel to review construction progress and quality;
  • Work with Construction Manager to supervise local site team, to monitor construction progress and construction quality;
  • Supervise HK subordinates to ensure tasks are completed on time and up to standard;
  • Feasibility studies of development on building types;

Job Requirement

  • Master degree in Architecture with professional qualification gained from recognized professional bodies, e.g. HKIA, RIBA at least 15 years' relevant working experience with proven hands-on experience in managing contractors on site over a sustained period of time
  • Working experience with developers is an advantage
  • Concept and knowledge of project management software tools and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of local government regulations particularly on building construction, health and safety
  • Demonstrable experience in managing cross-discipline teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
