About our Client
My client is a renowned Hong Kong developer who undergoing transformation. They are developing a new shopping mall, so they are looking for a Senior Property Officer to join their team
About the Role
- Manage and oversee the day to day operation of the shopping mall
- Coordinate with other departments such as technical team and security team to ensure operation is smooth
- Arrange and carry out tendering for tenant fit-in/out
- Monitor building maintenance projects to ensure on schedule and meet the company's standard
- Handle emergency cases
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above holder in Property Management, Real Estate or related disciplines with at least 4 years' solid relevant experience
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Professional Qualification is prefer, e.g. PMP (Tier 2) etc
- Candidates from agencies background are welcome
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Less experience will be considered as Property Officer
