About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong listed Developer with a diversified property portfolio and other non-property investment. Currently they are looking for a Senior Property Officer to join their team.
About the Role
- Assist the manager to in charge of the building's operation and maintenance
- Involve in annual budgeting for the coming expenses
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors and contractors to ensure the projects are smooth and on time
- Maintain good relationships with and handle residents and OC members' complaints
- Attend IO/OC meeting
The successful applicants
- Degree in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
- 4 years' or above residential or serviced apartment property management experience
- Agency background are welcome
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Corporate, open-minded and good communication skills
