About the client
Our client is one of the largest developers in Hong Kong focusing its business in residential, commercial and hospitality. Their net asset value over hundreds billions. In order to expand their business, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
About the role
- Report to Quantity Surveying Manager
- Involve in various types of properties development including residential, commercial and hospitality
- Handle all QS related works including budgeting, tendering, cost management
- Supervise and manage internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure all the process run smoothly (pre and post contract works)
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines with at least 8 years' solid experience in commercial or residential
- Professional Qualification is prefer (e.g. MHKIS, MRICS)
- Self-motivated, independent and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
