Our client is one of the leading insurance firms in Hong Kong, currently undergoing a global-wide HR transformation project, and is inviting seasoned HRIS professionals with sound HR Cloud system knowledge to join as part of the change management project team.
You will lead and partner closely with Global CoEs and assigned BU local process owners on all project activities in relation to HR process transition / adoption; employee experience as a result of the digital HR transformation; and also data standardisation across different HR functional areas to ensure an efficient, paperless HR operations are enabled through automation. Another key part of the role is to build rapport with senior business stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy-in throughout the change process.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with minimum 12-15 years relevant HRIS experience working within sizeable organisations and track record in delivering a regional / global scale HR transformation programme. Experience in implementing HR Cloud Solution (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) with global process and data standardisation highly regarded. Strong communications skills engaging and influencing different levels of staff, especially senior stakeholders will help excel in this role, alongside a process- and controls-driven mentality who thrives on change.
