About the Company
Our client is a market leader in the logistic industry. Due to business expansion, they are now seeking for an energetic candidate to join the team as Senior Safety Officer.
About the Role
You will directly report to the HR Manager, cooperate with a small team and serve a sizeable population. You will be responsible for the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Program. You will conduct site visit, identify the safety risks and develop the training program accordingly. You will prepare regular EHS reports and accident reports. You will make recommendation on how to reduce the work injury. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources or related disciplines. You need to have at least 5 years of occupational health and safety experience. Having worked in sizeable companies would be an advantage. You should be a Registered Safety Officer. You need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing is a must. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
