Our client is one of the leading global consumers products companies and they are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager - APAC to join their team
About the Role
- Directly report to General Manager of APAC and is responsible for managing a sales team in HK
- Fully responsible for the sales strategy and channel development for APAC markets from strategic planning and implementation, product launch campaigns, pricing strategy, go-to Market strategies and portfolio profitability analysis, as well as distributor & sales channels management.
- Work closely with Marketing team and distributors on driving sales plan as well as the role would be a key contact to work closely with other functional teams internally such as HR, Finance, Marketing and After-Sales…etc
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years sales and sales management experience across APAC region, preferably in FMCG or Home Appliances
- Agile, self-motivated with excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
