About Our Client
Our client is a vibrant and innovative pioneer in food industry across the globe. To sustain the group's continuous development on eCommerce, they are looking for a Sales Manager for food services to join their growing business.
Responsibility
- Manage the self-developed B2B platform to achieve maximum sales and profit growth
- Develop, communicate and implement medium & long term strategies & short term business plans for designated FMCG/F&B accounts
- Manage the Sales and Operation Team to develop a trusted relationship with suppliers and the existing FMCG/F&B clients; Identify new potential clients to increase market penetration
- Working closely with all suppliers to source a wide range of food products in conjunction with the product category strategy so that the clients and customers needs are met, and sales targets are achieved
- Negotiating prices, rebates, over-riders, promotions, listings and payment terms to ensure the best deals are secured
- Perform regular sales analysis and implement appropriate sales strategies based on the company's directions
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years working experience within Foodservice, FMCG, eCommerce or Wholesale sector
- Understanding and confidence with P&L management and with management of both volume and profit forecasting processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills to enable the development of highly effective internal and external partnerships
- Strong project management and account servicing skills
- Proven record of experience in HORECA/food service industry is a definite advantage
- Energetic, well-organised and proactive
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
