About the Client
Our client is a biomedical company with a strong research and development team full of knowledgeable Scientists, they are known for manufacturing innovative product pipeline in pharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic areas. To cope with their global business expansion plans, a rare opportunity has arisen and they are now inviting a self-motivated, independent, and committed incumbent to join them as a Senior Sales Manager to promote their blockbuster infection control medical device product line.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of two, you are responsible for developing new business and managing existing key accounts. In this role, you are responsible for providing training for your team members to enhance their selling skills, and managing them to ensure the team achieve or over-achieve set revenue targets. You will drive sales revenue and capture market share by identifying new business opportunities through market trend and competitor analysis. Lastly, you will need to develop a sustainable business plan and sales strategy to achieve sales targets & profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Science related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of solid sales experience, ideally at a Supervisor level or above with prior people management experience
- Ability to lead a team with strong leadership ability, result-driven, and self-motivated
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
