About the Company
Our client is a multinational beauty label retailer predominantly renowned for its specialised skincare products. To cope with their ambitious business expansion plans, they are in search for a people oriented and customer centric Senior Sales Manager to manage the daily retail sales & operation of Hong Kong and Macau.
About the Role
This is a newly created role reporting to the Sales Director. You will be directly managing x3 Area Sales Managers and overseeing 15+ direct operated stores within the Hong Kong and Macau markets. You will focus on increasing customer recruitment by strengthening the customer engagement ability of the front-line sales team. This newly created position will require strategic sales & operation planning skills along with a hands-on and people oriented working retail attitude.
Requirements
- Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational luxury beauty label
- At least 10 years of retail working experience with 5 years at a managerial level
- Experience in multi-store management is a must
- People oriented with strong service mindset
- Strong understanding towards HK & Macau markets
- Resourceful, self-motivated and independent with proven problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage)
